Welcome.

I help schools, families, and educators build safe, connected communities by embedding mental health, and safeguarding into everyday educational practice.

ABOUT

I bring a strong foundation in safeguarding, wellbeing, and mental health through specialist training and professional practice across international school contexts. As an NSPCC-trained Safeguarding Supervisor, with further training from COBIS and The Safeguarding Alliance and a background in child and adolescent psychology, my work is informed by both specialist expertise and practical understanding of the systems that support children and families.

Familiarity with Swiss mental health and child protection frameworks, as well as international educational environments, enables me to navigate confidently between local and global contexts.

My professional experience includes senior leadership roles within international schools, including Head of Wellbeing and Designated Safeguarding Lead. I have led whole-school wellbeing provision, developed safeguarding systems and strategy, strengthened early intervention practices, and contributed to the development of PSHE frameworks aligned with strong safeguarding and mental health standards.

This work has involved close collaboration with school leaders, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen consistency and capacity across communities.

Grounded in this experience, my approach is holistic and systemic, integrating child psychology with a school-based leadership perspective. I focus on children’s development, family dynamics, and institutional context simultaneously, supporting coordinated collaboration between students, families, and educators.

My work is guided by the belief that when these systems are supported together, schools create environments in which children feel safe, connected, and able to thrive.
